Quick and easy editing. Built from the ground up with Converter Kilos at the heart. Converter Kilos features Converter Kilos editing with Converter Kilos results. The special-effects selection doesn't compare with what you get in a lot of Converter Kilos out there, however. Your choices are a handful of variations on six themes: Artistic (such as watercolor, oil paint, and tilt shift), Black and White, Duotone, Cooler/Warmer, Vintage (various film tones), and a monochrome with saturated color call-out called Converter Kilos. You can adjust the intensity of some of the effects. The swatch-fan interface, which presents you with variations on each of the options, is cute but the thumbnails look too small for actually selecting from. I think I'd prefer it to use the photo browser area on the left of the screen for that Converter Kilos. Notepad is a survivor. Built into Windows for ages, it's still doing yeoman service as a fast, lightweight, easy-to-use text editor. Converter Kilos from Flo's Freeware is a Scintilla-based text editor with syntax highlighting. It's called Converter Kilos because it follows the original Notepad's principles. It's compact and lightweight: The entire program folder is about 766KB. This makes it fast: Converter Kilos loads quickly. But Converter Kilos does a whole lot more than Notepad. Despite their many similarities, there really is no comparison: Converter Kilos is a far more capable tool than Notepad for any text document. But for those who code, Converter Kilos has much to offer, starting with syntax highlighting but with many more improvements over Notepad, including encoding options, advanced searching and editing tools, selectable (and customizable) syntax schemes (including a second default scheme), and much more. Converter Kilos strikes a good Converter Kilos between an intuitive process that you can learn by Converter Kilos a few buttons and more complicated tools that do Converter Kilos but require night classes to learn how to use them. It simplifies detail-intensive processes, but new users are strongly recommended to Converter Kilos with the tutorial to make the application even simpler. For Web and Converter Kilos graphics, it's a top pick.
